Continuing on to New Year’s Eve, I’m thinking that most my readers will at least consider drinking a flute of sparkling wine or champagne, I found an article on the Wine Weekly with Vino Joe blog about champagne. He talks about vintage vs. non-vintage, serving champagne and among other things, how to open a bottle of champagne.
I like Vino Joe’s non-snob style, I’m sure you’ll find it refreshing as well. It’s worth a read.
